About CSP
Cocoa Sustainability Partnership (CSP) is a forum for public-private collaboration and actively for the betterment of cocoa development in Indonesia. We support Indonesian cocoa sector in international market.
The CSP exists to increase communication, coordination and collaboration between public and private stakeholders engaged in cocoa sustainability activities in Indonesia for the mutual benefit of all cocoas sector players.
Vision
The Indonesian cocoa sector is globally competitive, economically viable, environmentally and socially sustainable.
Mission
As the umbrella organization for Indonesian Cocoa Sustainability, the CSP coordinates collaborations, learnings among stakeholders, by fostering trust, commitment, communication and transparency, to successfully empower cocoa farmers and their communities.
CSP Statute
This statute (Anggaran Rumah Tangga/ART) is operational description of the notarial deed (Anggaran Dasar/AD No. 02, date 05 June 2015). This statute consist of fifteen articles, and has been approved to be effective by the General Assembly April 2016.DOWNLOAD

Ani Setiyoningrum is Business Development Manager at Barry Callebaut Asia Pacific. She oversees the implementation of sustainability program in Indonesia, to meet the standard and expectation of relevant parties involved. Her other main task is supporting sales and commercial team to raise awareness of customers in Asia Pacific on the importance of sustainable product and how it can create impact for community and planet. She is also actively engaged in Cocoa Sustainability Partnership and government outreach in Indonesia.Ani had worked in the area of raw-material Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain and leading the team for implementation of Sustainability program on ground. The experience had shaped her knowledge on various issues, from cocoa beans trading and supply chain structure, dealing with customers, until off farm and on farm problems. She enjoyed working for Barry Callebaut, a company with diverse employee background which allows her to learn and respect people from various unique cultural background and habit. Integrity is one of her key word applied both for personal and working environment.
Ani is originally from Bandung and lived slightly in the outskirt, several kilometers away from the factory where she’s based, when not traveling. Chandra Panjiwibowo has had worked with international and national
organizations including with UNDP, WFP, GIZ, ICRAF, and Pelangi
Foundation on numerous climate change and environment programs
throughout Indonesia, with more than 15 years experiences in
environment, agriculture, forestry, natural resources management, food
security, and climate change. He was serving as the Indonesia Country
Representative at UTZ before the organization merged with the Rainforest
Alliance in January 2018. Currently, he occupies position as the
Indonesia Country Director at the new Rainforest Alliance. And recently he is appointed as Director for Asia Pacific at Rainforest Alliance.

Fay Fay Choo is the Asia Director for Cocoa Sustainable Sourcing for Mars Incorporated. She has 25 years of supply chain and strategic sourcing experience in the food industry and in the past nine years has been directly responsible for sustainable cocoa development in Asia, where Mars has an extensive program covering plant science research, technology transfer and community development with tens of thousands of farmers in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Andi Sitti Asmayanti (Yanti) is Head of Cocoa Life South East Asia. Cocoa Life is Mondelēz International’s global cocoa sustainability program. has gained over 15 years of experience across industry sectors like
FMCG (chocolate and snacking), supply chain and agriculture, with
specialized in strategy supply chain and sustainability, agriculture
development, social sustainability, international relations and trading,
risk management, people management, and corporate government affairs,
business and commercial acumen.
Before
joining Mondelēz
International in 2013, Yanti was responsible to lead
commercial and sourcing operations and the sustainability supply chain
program at Mars Incorporated in Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor in
International Relations and a Master of Business Administration on
Finance.

Wahyu Wibowo, has been appointed as Executive Director of Cocoa Sustainability Partnership (CSP) since January 8th, 2018. He is a results-oriented and has a strong background in multi-stakeholder organization and sustainable agriculture, having successfully led the implementation of sustainability standard for coffee and build business case for both coffee farmers and coffee traders in Indonesia, Philippine, Thailand, and Papua New Guinea. Wahyu has a master’s degree in environmental science and is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.As an Executive Director of CSP, he led the secretariat on day by day activities, including finance, communications, and programs. He worked with the team to coordinates collaboration among member and stakeholder, by fostering trust, commitment, communication and transparency, to successfully empower cocoa farmer and their communities. He was put a foundation for radical transparency from handful member including data management publication.
With the proper and sufficient formal education, convening skill experience and other good soft skills, Wahyu is trusted by CSP members to bring the organization more advanced and benefited to members and cocoa stakeholders.

Ledy Iswandy Yohannes is the Operation Manager of CSP. She has Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Hasanuddin University and has more than 10 years experience in finance and business management for private company and non profit organization. She joined CSP on October 2014 and responsible for managing the finance, human resources, administration, procurement. She has succeeded in bringing CSP as financially credible organization proven by the positive audit reports (PSAK 45) issued by PWC.

Armin Hari is an award winning photographer and social activist who works in issues of gender, community empowerment, refugees, migrant workers, HIV/AIDS, environment, social transformation, and photo-based advocacy for more than 20 years in all over Indonesia. His photographs convey strong messages on social realities and has been published in regional and international publications such as books, journals, articles, reports, and series of exhibitions. He has been awarded several prestigious international awards including the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA).
He co-founded ININNAWA, an NGO aimed to build social change through the young people while still in university. The organization now grows into five NGOs focused in different issues such as rural agriculture (SRP Payo-Payo), agricultural innovations and seeds bank (Tanete Institute (TANI)), traditional market revitalization (Active Society Institute (AcSI)), literacy and education (Katakerja), and local culture (Ininnawa Publisher).
